Before I go there, I wanted to confirm that it is acceptable to upload images found on the workshop, particularly of maps, with the caveat that the workshop image accurately conform to the present release of the map. I should think that the licensing would be that of screenshot taken in game. - Yeah it's okay to use Workshop images if they're representative of the final version of the map. And yes they are licensed as screenshots.
