基礎佔領速率
基礎佔領速率是一種專指佔領單個控制點的速率,取決於站在控制點上的人數(倍數)。佔領的速度依據佔領中玩家的數量如同調和數一樣增長。

對地圖製作者的備註
trigger_capture_area(有效佔領區)實質決定了佔領一個控制點的時間,但其決定方式並不清楚。佔領一個控制點的秒數透過方程式 2 * area_time_to_cap * team_numcap_2
(以及/或是 team_numcap_3
)。換句話來說,你在 Hammer Editor(Hammer 編輯器) 設定過的數值,在遊戲中真實的效果只有其一半而已。
進度流失速率
進度流失速率與基礎佔領速率成反比例關係。這意味著基礎佔領的時間越短,進度流失的速率就會越快。在延長時間,控制點佔領進度流失的速率是正常情況下的六倍。程式變量 mp_capdeteriorate_time
控制了基礎的進度流失速率。
