I've redone the trivia to add a proper reference to this cosmetic. The item seems more recognisable if you have watched/heard of the film 'The Hurt Locker', rather than knowing what the term of 'hurt locker' means, therefore I've added a new paragraph that displays this item's reference. I've kept the original, since it also explains the film's name, so I kept it there just in case someone might want to know why the name 'The Hurt Locker' is used.

The (community) creator did also [https://i.imgur.com/YJ2qRQF.png mention] that his item is meant to be a reference to the film. [[User:N3dd|N3dd]] ([[User talk:N3dd|talk]]) 08:27, 3 April 2018 (UTC)

people should look something up if an item looks weird. it's kinda awkward when someone who doesn't know what a bomb suit is just goes and describes every detail... no offense to you guys though just saying ErnieTheGreatest (talk) 18:09, 11 October 2013 (PDT)

This is kind of unnecessary. The point of the talk page is to discuss about the page itself. What you're doing is criticizing (which is in some cases fine) but you're doing it in a rather unfriendly manner. So perhaps refrain from doing this. Thanks. Ashes (talk) 18:32, 11 October 2013 (PDT)
it could be helpful to know dis stuff. ill be honest ive done this before though. ill just fix my post to sound nicer

What Should Be Added to This

What do you guys think should be added to this misc? I think there should be a helmet to go along with it so it would look complete. If another misc was added to go along with this too, then that would be interesting.Legomaster445 (talk) 14:58, 19 October 2013 (PDT)

The point of the thumbnail is mainly to show what the page is talking about. So Hurt Locher, We show only the Hurt Locher. So kinda pointless to add a hat to make "complete" Ashes (talk) 15:10, 19 October 2013 (PDT)
I mean they can create a hat or misc thumbnail to show things that would look "good" with the misc. Legomaster445 (talk) 06:17, 20 October 2013 (PDT)
As Ashes said, the images on the page are just to show what the item looks like, not what it looks good with. If you want that, there are other places more suitable for that, like SPUF. --Omolong (talk) 06:20, 20 October 2013 (PDT)
Okay. What exactly is that I am not good with acronyms. Legomaster445 (talk) 09:52, 20 October 2013 (PDT)
Steam User Forums. It used to be called Steam Powered User Forums so that's why people still call it SPUF. --Omolong (talk) 10:15, 20 October 2013 (PDT)

Talk: Redone Trivia

I've redone the trivia to add a proper reference to this cosmetic. The item seems more recognisable if you have watched/heard of the film 'The Hurt Locker', rather than knowing what the term of 'hurt locker' means, therefore I've added a new paragraph that displays this item's reference. I've kept the original, since it also explains the film's name, so I kept it there just in case someone might want to know why the name 'The Hurt Locker' is used.
