A enemy Scout is often hard to hit due to his high speed and concussion jumps and can deal little damage to you or your allies, so distracting him or slowing him down with a bodyshot may be more useful than actually attempting to kill him. If he does move in a predictable direction, such as straight towards you, a quick headshot can still be useful. However, even the Scout can easily defeat you at close range, as his Single-Barrel Shotgun and extra Nailgun ammo can outperform you. From a distance, a Heavy's weapons deal pathetic damage and will enable you to sniper freely, as his large size, slow speed and high damage output makes him a viable target. However, if he is able to manoeuvre his way to your sniping spot or even get within medium range of you, his Assault Cannon will shred you to pieces in seconds. If he does get up in your gills, throw a Grenade at him as a distraction and just run - don't even try to fight him, as your Auto Rifle and Nailgun will deal pitiful damage compared to his large health pool. |
