This is a list of things I have realized while playing Team Fortress 2 on The Orange Box. Maybe you can learn from this! Who knows?
The tips will be sorted class-specific.

Soldier

Pyro

Demoman

  • Switching to Spectator and changing your class (default key: Xbox Button Back.png) will still change your class when you rejoin the team, regardless of if the class was restricted by the server owner.
  • The 2Fort map has a design bug in which players may walk through the battlement windows in the middle of both forts. This does not happen on Windows/Linux/Mac versions, indicating that this was not intentional.[1]
  • When taunting (default key: Xbox Button B.png), jumping (default key: Xbox Button A.png) will cancel the taunt - however, your character still carries out the taunt for other players. This has been refered to by the community as the "Taunt While Moving exploit."
  • Without modification, you can only use the MEDIC! voice command.
  • When in front of the spawn doors, you can prevent the doors from fully closing.[2] If the spawn doors are owned by BLU, you can walk through by crouch-walking into the left side of the door.
