El Lote Blue Moon fue el lanzamiento de varios objetos en el juego que fueron seleccionados por Valve debido a su excelente calidad por medio de Steam Workshop. Lanzado con el Parche del 28 de marzo de 2018, la actualización añadió un total de 19 nuevos cosméticos, que pueden obtenerse al abrir una Caja de Cosméticos de Blue Moon con su Llave de Caja de Cosméticos de Blue Moon.
