Pebbles the Penguin is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a baby emperor penguin that sits on the mercenary's right shoulder and wobbles around with its body, wings, head and beak to the player's movement.
Pebbles the Penguin was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
