The Festive Winter Crate is a tool item released in the December 10th update, which seems to drop the same way normal crates do. It is shown as a Mann Co. Supply Crate decorated with snow and a wreath made of holly.
This crate cannot be opened with the normal Mann Co. Supply Crate Key and is set to expire on December 31, 2010.
The contents of this crate, as well as any drop statistics, are currently unknown. Contrary to some player's beliefs, it is possible that you can get more than one crate.
