It is the tie of Mr. Foster, a character from the game Killing Floor. It is obtainable for players who already own Killing Floor or who purchase the game between December 14th, 2010 and January 4, 2011 .[1] Players who previously owned 'Killing Floor' are granted a Vintage version of this item.

- Due to a clipping error when equipped along with Attendant, both the bow tie and the standard tie overlap.
Trivia
- Equipping the Stockbroker's Scarf will remove the unused Napalm Grenades strapped across the Pyro's chest.
