The Berliner's Bucket Helm is a headwear item for the Medic added during the Australian Christmas event with the December 17, 2010 update. It the appears as a crusader helm with a cross-shaped eye slit and is in keeping with the Medieval mode theme released during the update.

Although the helmet was originally released alongside the Crusaders' Crossbow and The Amputator, it does not count towards the Medieval Medic item set bonus.
