HAARP - карта в режиме Захват флага, но в то же время на ней есть нападающая и защищающаяся команда. Она была создана пользователем сайта TF2Maps.net для конкурса A/D CTF and Payload Race Contest и заняла на нем первое место. Карта разделена на 3 этапа, на каждом из которых команда Синих должна доставить разведданные на контрольные точки, которые защищают Красные. Разведданные появляются за местом возрождения синих, где должны быть взяты.

Лог изменений
ctf_haarp_b2 (бета-2)
Изменения геймплея:
-Баланс изменен в сторону красных.
Изменения графики:
-Увеличена частота кадров.
-Все custom-частицы убраны до тех пор, пока ошибка с ними не будет исправлена.
-Геометрия некоторых мест изменена для баланса и облегчения передвижения.
ctf_haarp_b1 (бета-1)
Изменения геймплея:
-Убрано добавочное время
-Время возрождения красных заметно увеличено.
Изменения графики:
-Добавлен скайбокс, снег, модели и другие чудесные вещи.
-У всех контрольных точек теперь новые компьютерные модели, одинаковые на всей карте.
-Для ослабления Турели на точке 1-2 добавлена небольшая стена.
-Добавлен новый проход около точки 2-2, и изменена местность под AС-юнитом, теперь там есть новый проход для Синих, а не место для Турели Красных.
