The Jolly Jingler is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored, spirally Santa hat with a jingle bell on the tip. The entire hat bounces and wobbles with the player's movements.
When equipped, a soft jingling sound plays upon moving.
The Jolly Jingler was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
