I was wondering if the title parameter should be translated on translated pages. I'd think it should be, but I've seen a number of pages where it wasn't translated. is this by some sort of convention for clarity? or is it just those pages not actually being fully translated? I was wondering if the title parameter should be translated on translated pages.
