The Combat Slacks are a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It adds a set of utility gear over the Heavy's default attire; a pair of knee pads, straps clipped to his belt, a blast pad over his left shoulder and two small extensions added to the shoulders.

The Combat Slacks were contributed to the Steam Workshop.
