A Killstreak Weapon is a weapon that has the killstreak upgrade applied. It counts the kills made using the weapon in question as well as rises the value of it. To apply a killstreak to a weapon, use the Killstreak Kit. Killstreak weapons also have a Sheen, wich changes the appearance of the weapon.
