Upon hit: "Shocks" the enemy, - 80% movement speed and 20 hp drained per second for 4 seconds. The weapon then needs to be charged up.
Weapon must be held for 10 seconds consecutively to charge up. Switching it out when its charged will require it to be charged again.
Knocks enemy back on hit
+ 20% ÜberCharge upon hit
Save up to 40% ÜberCharge upon death.
Charging the weapon for too long will inflict self-damage and will require the weapon to be charged up again.
Cannot be refilled using ammo crates or resupply lockers.
