Well, I hope this is the right place to put community questions, most wikis do this, and I don't see any other place that would be designed to ask questions. I'd like to know the rationale behind having inter-language edits all in the same namespace (such as [[Heavy/ru]]). Would it not make more sence to have the russian articles in a seperate namespace (i.e. ru:Heavy). This would allow the inter-language links to be better described, allow users to ignore namespaces that aren't in a language that they know in RC and make the system smoother. Well, I hope this is the right place to put community questions, most wikis do this, and I don't see any other place that would be designed to ask questions. I'd like to know the rationale behind having inter-language edits all in the same namespace (such as Heavy/ru). Would it not make more sence to have the russian articles in a seperate namespace (i.e. ru:Heavy). This would allow the inter-language links to be better described, allow users to ignore namespaces that aren't in a language that they know in RC and make the system smoother. On the old wiki we didn't have this capability, but we may be doing just this in no time at all. I have been considering it, I'll speak to Robin. -- Smashman... (ts) 00:43, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
