Der Wintermantel is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It replaces the Medic's default uniform with a long, white fur coat, with sleeves that hang over the Medic's gloves.
This item has two styles, named "Gramma's Sweater Showing" and "Gramma's Sweater Hidden". The "Gramma's Sweater Showing" style reveals an argyle sweater underneath the coat, and "Gramma's Sweater Hidden" folds the coat over, covering the argyle sweater. Paint colors parts of the sweater's pattern; for the "Gramma's Sweater Hidden" style, the pattern is mostly hidden by the coat.
Der Wintermantel was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
