TF2 SteamVR wearables are cosmetic items from Team Fortress 2 that are available on the SteamVR marketplace and through cache quests in SteamVR Home. These items can be worn in both Team Fortress 2 and SteamVR in two separate inventories: the Team Fortress 2 inventory and the SteamVR inventory. Players who have these cosmetic items in their Team Fortress 2 inventory will not be able to obtain them in their SteamVR inventory because they cannot be crossed over, unlike the Portal 2 crossover cosmetics.
When equipped in SteamVR Home, the cosmetics are visually identical to their original counterparts.
