What kind of charge attack?
The article mentions the Mecha Level 4 Sentry would have had a "charge attack". This is a bit ambiguous, because it can be either a charged attack, like the Cow Mangler's alt-fire or a Sniper Rifle's primary fire, or a charging attack, like the Demoman's charge.
