| + | I'm the one who created the hat and I can indeed confirm it was originally based on General MacArthur. The original version I created included the pipe with the hat itself. I remade it and removed the pipe, intending to make it a misc item but never finished it. So the hat is definitely a nod to MacArthur but without his signature pipe.
