Trivia reference

It looks similar to a custom model I've seen before as well. Considering MacArthur also wore raybands in the same style as this one, I agree this is more than likely a nod to him.CutieHoney 23:48, 7 April 2011 (UTC)
I'm the one who created the hat and I can indeed confirm it was originally based on General MacArthur. The original version I created included the pipe with the hat itself. I remade it and removed the pipe, intending to make it a misc item but never finished it. So the hat is definitely a nod to MacArthur but without his signature pipe. Nzdjh 02:56, 8 April 2011 (UTC)

Pricing
I went into the store and the hat wound up being $12.99 like the other hats, not $9.99. For some reason I can't edit this, but I thought I'd at least clarify.
