First, thank you for posting the patch notes. Looks like you also got the main page; good! Just a few quick tips:

1: You can always find the latest TF2 patches and their notes here; this is also where you will get the patch source link.

2: Make sure to update the previous patch to reflect the new one proceeding it.

3: Update the Patches list to reflect the new one.
