They are not effective because the Tomislav spins up much faster - in fact, earlier in the page, it specifies that the longer spin up time of the Natascha makes them more vulnerable to hit and run. So... you know, less spin up time makes them less vulnerable. Several people on IRC agree with my assessment. Anti-Heavy Strategy
You reverted my edit stating that hit and run tactics are not effective against Tomislav Heavies. They are not effective because the Tomislav spins up much faster - in fact, earlier in the page, it specifies that the longer spin up time of the Natascha makes them more vulnerable to hit and run.
