The Maul is a promotional melee weapon for the Pyro. It is modeled after the eponymous sledgehammer from Red Faction: Armageddon.
This weapon functions in exactly the same way as the Homewrecker.
The Maul was awarded with Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Red Faction: Armageddon before June 6, 2011.[1]
