Clarification on Fanfare

Damage
I added the damage chart to the page, but I have a few questions. -I calculated the random distance modifier into the base damage to get the spread for the 100% charged bodyshot, should I be doing this or testing ingame? -Since I did calculate it, what should I round the values to?
