The Ghastlierest Gibus is an unlockable headgear, wearable by all classes. It is an upgraded version of the Ghastlier Gibus.
The Ghastlierest Gibus is very similar to the Ghastlier Gibus, but with the addition of the eyeball in side the ripped top of the hat. The eye is a symbol related the the 2011 Halloween Patch related to The Demoman and the new Boss Character, Monoculus.

- Added the Ghastlierest Gibus to the game
- Previous versions of the Gibus were upgraded to either the Ghastlier Gibus or the Ghastlierest Gibus depending on the style it had pre-patch.
