::Wind doesn't read template source before talking. :x — <span style="font-weight:bold;">Wind</span> adm 01:33, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Revision as of 01:33, 30 August 2010

Purpose

Typing takes a lot longer than typing User:Pilk. What is this template meant to do? -- Pilk (talk) 02:26, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

*Shrug* not sure, though it's designed so that it automatically puts Pilk. Might be a BIT better if you have a longer name like "Smashman" >.> --Firestorm  User Firestorm Nuke Sig.jpg 03:35, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
Typing User:Pilk (note the "|") automatically does Pilk when the page is saved. Basic wiki markup knowledge! -- Pilk (talk) 04:30, 23 July 2010 (UTC)
Cool! --Firestorm  User Firestorm Nuke Sig.jpg 04:57, 23 July 2010 (UTC)

You can use ul as it is a redirect. I didn't realise about the lack of name thing, but this can do talk pages and add fancy colours to mods and admins.  – Smashman (talk) 01:30, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

Fancier usernames for staff

How about extending this template so that mods and stuff get special colored username links? :3 — Wind 00:23, 30 August 2010 (UTC)

WindPower is dumb head.  – Smashman (talk) 01:27, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
