:Agree I wanted it gone anyway. If any trivia goes there at all, that trivia should be that Valve said it was an x-ray device but that none of the badges are placed where the heart actually is. And if you want to fight about it, go watch Meet the Medic again. – <span style="text-size:1.5em;font-weight:bold;color:#363;text-shadow:0 0 0.8em #6c6;">fashnek</span> (talk·c) 12:57, 23 December 2011 (PST) | :Agree I wanted it gone anyway. Rewards
I've heard speculation that the Ebenezer, B.M.O.C, and Holiday Headcase are awarded for milestones on this item. Anyone hear the same? MacBot 2.0 (Talk | Contributions)
- Nope. Anyway, speculation is speculation; the Wiki will be updated with factual information as it comes. » Cooper Kid (blether) • (contreebs) 08:43, 22 December 2011 (PST)
- I don't believe this will be the case as those items are community items and community items are usually made available on the store in order for the community creators to make money on their creations. As far as I'm aware this is the case for almost all community items although there may be some exceptions that haven't come immediately to my mind Casperr 09:25, 22 December 2011 (PST)
- @Cooper I know its speculation. That's why I put it here. @Casperr Valve said the items were "donated" which implies the creators specifically made them exempt from the normal community item principals. I believe there is a discussion on each item's discussion page. MacBot 2.0 (Talk | Contributions)

DON'T DO IT I bought 250 secret saxon's and used them and didn't get anything from it, there must be another way it must be the steam achievement's. — The preceding unsigned comment was added by Bengreen1 (talk) • (contribs) 22:33, 22 December 2011
UK Pricing
I changed the total cost for obtaining 250 individual Saxtons. They're priced at 59 pence each in the UK. --Twigsby 09:19, 22 December 2011 (PST)
Image/Heart Size
Anyone know if the size of the heart and/or 3D model increases with higher ranks? If so, perhaps update the list of ranks with a picture of what it looks like --AileTheAlien 18:28, 22 December 2011 (PST)
- It certainly does, but I'm not model-savvy. —Rocket Ship BBQ(•) 08:58, 23 December 2011 (PST)
Trivia about the hearts position
We currently have trivia saying that classes who wear this item on the right are anatomically incorrect. The human heart is more-or-less in the exact centre of the human torso. Those classes that wear it on the left of their torso (as the Heavy does in this pages item picture) are equally anatomically incorrect. I propose this trivia be changed to reflect this.MEDUNN 09:41, 23 December 2011 (PST)
- I certainly agree, however, there has already been a heated debate upon the location of the heart. :( Apparently the heart is Template:W, which some people have only very slightly exaggerated. —Rocket Ship BBQ(•) 12:21, 23 December 2011 (PST)
- Seems a bit silly. Why can't we take the Announcer's approach to things and say that we're all wrong? Sven 12:30, 23 December 2011 (PST)

- Agree I wanted it gone anyway. If any trivia goes there at all, that trivia should be that Valve said it was an x-ray device but that none of the badges are placed where the heart actually is. And if you want to fight about it, go watch Meet the Medic again. – fashnek (talk·c) 12:57, 23 December 2011 (PST)
