The Summer Hat is a headwear item for all classes. It is a yellow Template:W. The additional style, called "Carefree Summer Nap", adds a Floral pattern to the hat.
The Summer Hat was available for purchase until July 12, 2011 during the Summer Camp Sale.

Update history
- Added the Summer Hat to the game.
July 12, 2011 [Item schema update]
- Removed this item from the Mann Co Store.
- Fixed the Summer Hat not being able to be used in the Rebuild Headgear recipe.
Bugs
- The backpack icon for the hat shows the default color as white and the default style as the Carefree Summer Nap style, while the actual hat's default color is plain yellow, with the default style the A Day at the Beach.
- The Summer Hat, like many items, has an issue with lighting and frequently becomes darker than normal or entirely black.
- On death, the hat defaults to the Carefree Summer Nap style.
