The Whoopee Cap is a community-created headwear item for the Scout chosen by Valve to be released with the second wave of community-contributed content due to its outstanding quality. It appears as a crown-like cap adorned with badges.

Curiosidades

  • Whoopee caps were popular amongst American youth during the 1930s and 40's. Commonly, the child would make one out of one of their father's worn-out fedoras, turned inside out, trimmed, and dyed a vibrant color. After the trend caught on, manufactured whoopee caps could be purchased.
  • The hat was originally named Lil' Scamp's Whoopee Cap by the creator.
  • This cap looks similar to the one worn by Jughead Jones from Archie Comics.
