The Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol cannot be equipped with the Milkman set, as the set requires Mad Milk as a secondary. The wiki incorrectly states that if the Pocket Pistol is worn with the Milkman, the Scout's health will be increased to 173, which is not true, given the fact that the set bonus will not take effect when using the Pocket Pistol.
