The Balloonicorn is a miscellaneous item for all classes. It's an inflatable unicorn that floats behind the player. This item may only be seen in-game by users who are in Pyroland.
When players equipped with the Balloonicorn kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows Balloonicorn getting the assist (a renamed Balloonicorn will display that name in the killfeed instead).
People who purchase the real world Balloonicorn from the Valve Store will automatically receive a promotional code for the in-game item.
