The Pootis is an item set for the Heavy released in the April 1, 2013 Patch. When all items in the set are equipped together, the Sandvich that the Heavy drops will fully heal any player who picks it up after the Heavy drops it, allowing for the Heavy to better support his team. After the Jungle Inferno Update, an added bonus is that the Holiday Punch gains 100% crits.
