The Haunted Halloween Gift is a random drop event that occurs during the 2010 Halloween Event in Mann Manor. It has the appearance of a large, translucent present that spawns on the map in a random location every 5 minutes 20 seconds. The player who finds the gift first receives a random drop of one of the Halloween Masks. Six players are required to be present on the server before a Gift will spawn (the requirement of ten players playing is only for the Horseless Headless Horsemann spawning event).

Trivia
- The gift has been confirmed to spawn in the RED spawn room.
- When present is translucent, it can't be taken by any player. When it is, many players can stand on in. When the gift becomes visible, it's given to random player standing on it.
- The gift can be picked up while in spectator, you must "walk" over it though as if you're a player.
