This template is used to add new names to the List of Wiki Cap owners.

Usage

 | username    = Wiki username
 | communityid = Community ID for steamcommunity.com (excluding the steamcommunity.com/id/ bit)
 | steamname   = Name on STEAM at the time of addition
 | notes       = Notes
 | date        = Date of acquisition (YYYY-MM-DD)
 | itemlink    = Link to item (optf2.com)
}}

All fields are required, except notes.
