Promotional? I thought it was distributed to all TF2 Players who played during the update... Also, will players who missed it last year get it on Smissmas 2014?

It was technically a promotion as it was a one time thing which happened 1-2 years ago. You no longer get it even next Christmas unless valve decides to change things up. Ashes (talk) 11:53, 8 November 2014 (PST)
