Lucid was the 9th class added to the game in the Medic-less Update. Boasting a wide array of cosmetics, the class garnered much criticism from long-time fans of the game upon release, and so Lucid was quickly patched out of the game on August 19th, the day after the Medic-less Update's release, being replaced with the Medic.
