The Halloween Package is an action item. Upon opening, it grants the player a random Halloween cosmetic, sometimes accompanied by a Spellbook Page. There is a small chance that the cosmetic will be of Haunted quality.

Turning in Scream Fortress 2017 Contracts or Scream Fortress 2018 Contracts with at least one objective completed awards players Halloween Packages, one Halloween Package per Contract.
