First Trivia Assumption?

Clever to notice that the glove is a righty, but I'm sure the engineer could also have extra gloves should he lose his own. That being said, could the first trivia be shortened (At least the last part) so as to be straight to the point rather than make guesses at what cryptic messages the game is trying to tell us?
