This template is to be used in the Item checklist or Hat checklist template.

Example for Scout Mask:

If <class mask> OR <all> OR <halloween masks> is set to yes, the result will return image of the mask ie. Template:Halloween mask check
If none of the parameters are set to yes, will be returned.
The image that is returned is 20x20 pixels.
