寶藏帽是一頂推廣頭飾，獎勵於The Great Steam Treasure Hunt中完成了15個成就的Team Fortress 2玩家。 外表是一頂破舊的酒鬼三角帽上帶著一個隨著玩家的移動而倒出金幣的寶箱。
完成了Treasure Hunt的玩家可以到此頁面]按下"Unlock Hat"，系統會自動把帽子加入到玩家的背包內。 若果玩家已經擁有了恩賜帽，將會被升級作寶藏帽。 要留意的是玩家要手動到頁面按下按鈕，不然帽子將不會自動升級。 同理，完成了全部28個成就的玩家可以把寶藏帽升級到Hat of Undeniable Wealth And Respect/zh-hant。
