Destruction PDA

After thinking about it, I think it's no problem to make the Destruction PDA text a hyperlin. We still keep the spacing ("::"), but we just make it more user-friendly.

I don't see much reason for it if it's the same page as the PDA, just seems like overlinking. The indent is enough that they should know it's related to the other PDA.
