The Teddy Roosebelt is a miscellaneous item for the Engineer. It appears as a jiggleboned beige teddy bear dressed in the likeness of the Engineer. When equipped, it fits into the ammo pouch on the Engineer's belt.

- This bear was added to the game.
Trivia
- Its name is a play on that of former US president Template:W and "belt," referring to where it is worn. Roosevelt was nicknamed "Teddy", and when he refused to shoot a bear cub while hunting, the Template:W was created.
- Roosevelt was quite an outdoorsman who preferred hunting instead of negotiating, much like the Engineer.
