A new all-class Hat introduced in the October 27, 2011 Patch.
It looks like the Spine-Chilling Skull, except that it has visually bigger horns.
A different style of the Spine-Chilling Skull. This style is assigned at random between Spine-Tingling Skull, Spine-Cooling Skull, and this version if this hat is crafted.
This style can only be chosen if purchased from the store.
