棒球比爾的髮膠頭 是一頂偵察兵的解鎖頭飾。其實這根本不是一頂帽子，它移除了偵察兵原本在頭上的帽子，展現出他噴上大量髮膠、剪得極短的頭髮。
細枝末節
- 這髮型在Classless Update的第一天就被公布，但它的名稱直到更新正式釋出後才有提到。在更新畫面上可看出沒有帽子的偵察兵，忌妒著其他的職業都有新帽子。
- 在這個更新釋出前，常有一個圖像問題存在，有時候讓偵察兵戴在頭上的帽子不見，露出他的頭髮。
- Although the Baseball Bill's Sports Shine is classed a hat item, it is not displayed in the "Inspect" target window after cycling through a player's equipped items using the "Inspect" key. It is unknown whether this is intentional, since the item is essentially the removal of a hat and realistically cannot be carried.
