O Lumbricus Lid é um Chapéu para o Soldier que foi concedido aos que compraram Worms: Reloaded antes de 2 de Setembro de 2010. O Item consiste em um capacete com uma rede, com sobrancelhas estilo Worms e um desenho estilizado, junto com as "Granadas Santas" que substituem as granadas do Soldier. Fazendo o taunt Kamikaze enquanto equipado com Lumbricous Lid vai fazer o som "Hallelujah" do jogo Worms: Reloaded tocar.

• O Lumbricus Lid é similar em aparência tanto chapéu original do Soldier, como ao Soldier's Stash.
• Lumbricus is the genus of the earthworm family, including most of the commonly-seen varieties.
• The Holy Hand Grenade included with the Lumbricus Lid hat is a reference to the Holy Hand Grenade weapon in Worms 2 through Worms: Reloaded, which itself appears to be a reference to the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail; specifically, "The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch."
  • The Heal grenade (a scrapped weapon) has a similar design to the Holy Hand Grenade.
• The Worm design on the helmet is the "Steal" weapon icon from Worms: Reloaded.
• The Lumbricus Lid is the first class-specific promotional hat. All promotional hats released prior to the Lumbricus Lid are available to be worn by any class.
• The Holy Hand Grenades are a part of this hat and are not separate Miscellaneous items.
• The Lumbricus Lid is the first item to change the items on the body of the characters, not just the head. The Holy Hand Grenades are the first models to replace any aesthetic items such as Grenades.

• This hat was shown off on the Official Blog with a still frame featuring a pose from Meet the Soldier, with the Soldier wearing the Lumbricus Lid and holding the attached Holy Hand Grenades.
