I dont think you get this item from the TF2Mixup event. According to the Yogscast Subreddit, you can get it from donating to their HumbleBundle page that isnt up yet. Here is the link.

Sub Zero Suit
When equipped on the Sub Zero Suit, the Heart of Gold doesn't show properly... the heart shows, but not the gear part.
