As Halloween Masks são Hats destraváveis adicionados como parte do 2010 Halloween Special Event. Como a Mildly Disturbing Halloween Mask, cada máscara aparece como uma sacola de papel com a imagem da classe na frente. Any mask can be worn on any class. Masks can be obtained in the Mann Manor map, where a Halloween Gift will appear every 5 minutes. The gift will slowly fade into existence. The first person to touch the gift after it has become completely opaque receives a random class's Halloween Mask. There must be at least 10 non-bot players in a server for Halloween Masks to drop. Unlike the Saxton Hale Mask, these masks may only be worn for the duration of the Scream Fortress Event.
Crafting all nine masks together will result in the Saxton Hale Mask.
