How do you know if the vest is made of kevlar?

How do you know if the vest is made of kevlar? Normally kevlar is the lining of the vest. Could be just a cotton vest to keep the Heavy warm.

Color confuses team

Because the color of this shirt often doesn't match the team color, it confuses which team one is in. I try to vote ban whenever I see someone wearing this that has a different color from their team. I wish there is an option to remove all these stupid shirts and accessories and flames to show up in game, just like how you can turn off other's spray painting.
